What Is It With These Timeless Summer Afternoons?
What is it with these sunny, silent, slow summer days, spent reading about art, science, history, anything that’s interesting, and contemplating creative pursuits. The weird feeling that something great is will happen, is happening all around, and you can jump in and take a part in it whenever you like. A switching of gears in the brain, just listening to the rustling of the trees in the wind while reading about abandoned art deco skyscrapers, optimizations to the A* algorithm, musings on the telecommunications technology as an external nervous system of the humanity cyborg, and contemplating on creating art and drafting plans for future games, books, stories and other wild things still not tried.
Pressure Chambers, Hard Helmet Diving, Whale Sharks and the Adventure Girl
This year has been eventful to say the least. My time has been divided equally between a new job in the games industry, the scientific diving school, and a new very active and interesting relationship. Not to forget the novel that’s finally starting to take its final form.

Captain Garden Gnome says: “Full steam ahead and off to adventure! Where all the orion slave girls at?” Faffing around on the captain’c chair of maritime research vessel Aranda.
2012 – The Year of Art and Change
This was a year of big changes for me in almost every front. It has been in equal shares pretty damn hard but also restorative and an endpoint of manly long-time projects, and maybe an end to a certain phase of life. A part of this has been a burst of artistic expression that finally made its way out of my brain, which feels damn good.
